Our Products

  From our farm to your table.  Our cheeses are made with the freshest milk produced by our happy herd.  We use traditional cheese making methods to bring you unique local products.

Our creamy spreadable chevre is our most versatile offering. Great on crackers and bread or as a sandwich spread. Try it as a dip for veggies or chips. Mix with hot pasta or potatoes. A unique pizza base or as a topper for roast meats and veggies. 


Use or freeze within 3 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 6 months with no negative impact to flavor or texture. Available in:

  • Herbs de Provence (with or without garlic). Herb forward with a bright and fresh flavor. Very popular with garlic.
  • Bell Pepper (with or without garlic). Flavors of pimento cheese, but without all the additives. Great as a sandwich spread or add things like seafood or spinach for an unforgettable dip.
  • Onion. For those who love onion dip, but without all the additives. Can be used for savory/sweet preparations such as fruits or aged meats. Add some balsamic and honey for a real treat.
  • Plain. For those who like to keep it simple. Add your own flavors or enjoy the fresh citrus characteristics of local made cheese.

Possibly the freshest Cheddar Curds around. Our snacky curds pack lots of fresh Cheddar flavor and are great as a healthy on-the-go snack. Our curds can also be used in any baked dish such as casseroles, poutine and even pizzas. Sub our Cheddar Curds for mozzarella for a unique caprese salad. 


Use within 3 weeks, best fresh. Can be frozen with no impact to flavor, but texture suffers.

 Truly fresh mozzarella!  Hand stretched and made less than 18 hours before we arrive at market.  Great for pizzas, salads and snacking. 

Feta

Fresh Mozzarella

  Our Feta is a fresher version of a classic cheese. Aged approximately 2 weeks we dry brine our Feta so it is not overly salty like most Feta on the market. Expect a creamier Feta with bright flavors and subtle aromas. 


Use within 3 weeks of packaging. Can be frozen with little to no impact of flavor or texture.
