Our Feta is a fresher version of a classic cheese. Aged approximately 2 weeks we dry brine our Feta so it is not overly salty like most Feta on the market. Expect a creamier Feta with bright flavors and subtle aromas.

Possibly the freshest Cheddar Curds around. Our snacky curds pack lots of fresh Cheddar flavor and are great as a healthy on-the-go snack. Our curds can also be used in any baked dish such as casseroles, poutine and even pizzas. Sub our Cheddar Curds for mozzarella for a unique caprese salad.

Our 2 month Manchego presents with mild aromas. The texture is slightly crumbly yet undeniably smooth. Mildly tangy flavors melt into a nutty finish that persists on the tongue. A great addition to any cheese board or just snacking.
Our Manchego comes wrapped in sheets designed specifically to allow cheese to stay fresher longer. The wrap allows oxygen exchange while maintaining the proper humidity levels. The wrap is also wood based, biodegradable and plastic free.

Flor is a semi-firm washed curd farmstead cheese aged at least 1 month.
You can expect a mildly sharp cheese with a very creamy texture, buttery aromas and a lingering finish with nutty highlights. The delicate, edible rind has a clean milk flavor accentuated by mild floral notes.
Flor will be the highlight of any cheeseboard. Try it on a rustic grilled cheese or sandwich incorporating fruit. Your homemade mac and cheese will never be the same! Simply delicious and versatile enough to pair with either a red or white wine and hoppy or amber beers.
