What you need to know
We sell our baby goats in pairs - everybody does better with a friend. If the goats are less then 8 weeks old, you will need to bottle feed at least twice a day for two weeks then wean them off. We do not disbud our goats. We can ban a buckling if requested.
Bottle feeding
We will ensue 8 week and older kids are weaned and do not require bottle feeding. You can choose to do so for two weeks; the kid will not mind and bottle babies are very friendly.
If your kid is less then 8 weeks old, you will want to bottle feed them twice a day 8 to 12 ounces of store bought full fat cow milk.
Recommended Housing
Goats will do great with a fenced in dog house, shed or barn. They do not like the rain and prefer to stay as dry as possible.
